Lawn Maintenance

Weekly or bi-weekly service includes:

  • Mowing all turf areas
  • Trimming around your house, trees and flower beds
  • Edging along curbs, driveways and walkways
  • Blowing off driveways, walkways, patios and porches
  • Prices start at $35/service

Spring Services

Services offered:

  • Flower bed clean out
  • Leaf clean up left over from the winter months
  • Pruning and trimming of bushes, shrubs and small trees
  • Mulch and installation 

Mulch Installation 

We use premium shredded and dyed hardwood mulch. 
  • Available in Brown, Walnut, Red and Black

Benefits of mulch:

  • Improves the look of your landscape
  • Retains soil moisture
  • Helps with weed control
  • Reduces erosion

Fall Services

Services offered:

  • Leaf removal by bagging, mulching or both 
  • Cutting back perennials
  • Pruning and trimming of bushes, shrubs and small trees
  • Top mulch dressing  


Core Aeration and Overeeding

  • Core aeration is the process of removing plugs of soil and thatch from the lawn.  This allows water, oxygen, and nutrients to penetrate the soil and roots of the grass aiding in deeper root growth and a stronger lawn.
  •  We use Tall Fescue grass seed that is Blue Tag Certified, ensuring that it is exceptionally free of obnoxious weed seed.
